LOCALMONERO
Monero purchase risks and complaints
Market and counterparty risks
Monero can lose substantial value. A saved contract price does not guarantee a future resale price. This is a direct trade with the seller, without escrow; you depend on the seller to verify payment and deliver the agreed XMR.
Payment and address risks
Bank transfers may be delayed or rejected. Monero transactions sent to an incorrect address cannot simply be reversed. Verify the receiving wallet, beneficiary and amount, and keep your private order link confidential.
Complaints and payment disputes
Use the private contract chat to describe a delay or error without posting credentials. After the payment window, use the dispute action when available. The seller handles this discussion directly. The site does not promise automatic refunds, chargeback protection or independent arbitration; ask for the applicable resolution before sending additional funds.
Availability and legal information
An EPC participant listing is not permission to offer crypto-asset services in a country. LocalMonero does not present that listing as a licence or a coverage guarantee. Consult the seller’s details and terms and obtain clarification on eligibility before purchasing.
Monero wallet guide
A Monero TXID alone does not publicly prove the recipient or amount. Check receipt and spendable balance in your synchronized wallet. Confirmations and unlocking can take longer than the bank payment. If needed, request a wallet-generated payment proof privately in this contract, never on Telegram.
