Contract data and privacy

Contracts store the amount, receiving address, price snapshots, assigned bank details and status history. Your private link grants access: keep it confidential. A cookie remembers your language; operators use a secure login cookie. Hosting providers process technical connection data. No advertising scripts are included.

Your email address and chat messages are stored with your order. Resend delivers transactional emails; Telegram alerts go to the operator. These services receive notification details and links. Bank details and chat message contents are not included in alerts. Supabase provides live updates. Only the buyer with the private link and the authenticated operator can access the conversation.

NO KYC means this purchase form does not request identity documents. Monero protects transaction details on its blockchain; SEPA transfers are not anonymous and banks apply their own checks. A personal wallet does not remove the seller’s obligations.

Language is suggested from the approximate country supplied by the host, with browser language as fallback. Your manual choice takes priority. Buyer emails use the language selected when the contract is created. Precise location is not requested.

Optional audience measurement uses Google Analytics only after consent. It measures public page types, interface language and general purchase-request actions. Private order pages, chat, bank details, wallet addresses, emails and contract identifiers are excluded. Advertising consent remains denied. Your consent or refusal is stored locally for 180 days and can be changed using Privacy choices. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days without renewal on each visit. Google may process technical connection data when the measurement is enabled. The GA4 property’s event-retention setting must be checked by the operator; it is not controlled by this page.
